Role Overview
Zensar Technologies in Gurugram seeks an experienced Senior Technical Product Manager to spearhead the creation of advanced coding assessment modules targeted at both new and seasoned professionals. This leadership role involves managing the full product lifecycle, encompassing ideation through deployment, focusing on core technical assessments for a variety of programming languages, frameworks, and job roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and drive the product vision and strategic roadmap for coding assessments, including specialties such as front-end, back-end, full-stack, SQL, and DevOps.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, UX, content creators, and data science teams to deliver scalable and robust assessment solutions.
- Perform comprehensive market and user research to uncover product gaps and evolving industry trends.
- Manage key product performance indicators such as completion rates, candidate satisfaction, and enterprise user adoption.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to shape go-to-market strategies and promote product uptake.
- Make informed decisions on feature prioritization and technical investments by analyzing data, impact, and business benefits.
Requirements
- Over 10 years of product management experience within B2B SaaS or developer platform environments.
- In-depth knowledge of technical recruitment processes, programming languages, and developer workflows.
- A minimum of 3 years of prior software development or engineering experience preferred.
- Strong analytical abilities combined with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven expertise in product discovery, agile development methodologies, and prioritizing initiatives based on metrics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with developing assessment or developer tools, coding platforms, or human resource technology products.
- Understanding of applicant tracking system (ATS) integrations and HR operational workflows.
- Knowledge of AI-driven personalization techniques and adaptive assessment technologies.
