Job description
Role Overview
As a Technical Lead at Llews Solarpowered Solutions Llp, you will provide expert guidance to the maintenance team to ensure smooth operation and optimal performance of plant equipment. This role involves hands-on site visits to pinpoint improvement opportunities and spearhead corrective measures.
Key Duties
- Lead and supervise maintenance activities to guarantee effective plant operations and equipment reliability.
- Perform frequent onsite inspections to detect and rectify operational inefficiencies.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and various internal departments to facilitate timely procurement and services.
- Work closely with cross-departmental teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex challenges in electrical and maintenance engineering.
- Maintain adherence to safety protocols, quality benchmarks, and industry standards throughout all processes.
Candidate Requirements
- Between two and seven years of experience in a comparable position or relevant field like electrical or maintenance engineering.
- Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems including generators, motors, and transformers.
- Competence in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools for analyzing data and generating reports.
- Strong communication abilities to effectively collaborate with team members and outside partners.
