Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer to act as a Technical Lead specializing in Salesforce technologies. The role involves designing, creating, and maintaining software solutions on the Salesforce platform to optimize business workflows and improve end-user experience. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and effective in team collaboration, contributing meaningfully to project successes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Salesforce-based applications ensuring high standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and convert them into technical requirements.
• Adopt best practices for writing, testing, and deploying code that is scalable and robust.
• Lead code reviews, offering constructive feedback to improve overall code quality.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve software defects promptly.
• Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and incorporate them to enhance solutions.
• Active participation in Agile methodology rituals such as sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
• Create and maintain documentation for technical specifications, workflows, and processes.
• Provide end-user support and training to ensure smooth adoption of software solutions.

Essential Skills

• Expertise in Salesforce development technologies including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Deep knowledge of data modeling, security configurations, and integration strategies within Salesforce.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs and implementing web services.
• Strong foundation in Agile software development principles and execution.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills both in writing and verbally for team and stakeholder interactions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with additional programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Knowledge of DevOps workflows and tools for continuous integration and continuous deployment.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications like Salesforce Certified Developer or Architect are a plus.
• Hands-on experience integrating third-party tools within the Salesforce environment.

Educational & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated success in delivering Salesforce development projects.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in teams with strong analytical aptitude.
