Role Overview and Responsibilities

This position is based in Bangalore with a hybrid work arrangement. We seek a professional with over eight years of experience in DevOps, system administration, or IT support who can drive operational excellence and cloud adoption.

• Leverage extensive experience in DevOps and IT operations to support and enhance system performance.
• Utilize solid knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
• Apply understanding of ITIL framework principles, particularly Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
• Implement and manage DevOps practices using tools like GitHub and Artifactory, focusing on continuous integration/delivery, version control, and process automation.
• Monitor and analyze system health using various monitoring and logging tools to ensure reliability and prompt issue resolution.
• Adhere strictly to established standard operating procedures and follow escalation protocols effectively.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in both verbal and written formats to coordinate with teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of eight years’ experience in relevant IT operations roles encompassing DevOps, system admin, or IT support.
• Demonstrated proficiency with cloud services like AWS, GCP, and Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and its application in operational contexts.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps technologies including Github and Artifactory.
• Familiarity with monitoring and log management tools.
• Excellent communication abilities.
