Job description
Job Summary
We are recruiting Technical Executives for a multinational corporation located in Mohali and Chandigarh. The role involves handling both voice and non-voice customer support processes with a focus on domestic clients. This position offers a day shift schedule with a competitive salary package including allowances and incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions through voice and non-voice communication channels.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle queries effectively.
- Maintain a positive attitude while working and demonstrate eagerness to acquire new skills.
Requirements
- Graduate pass-out with mark sheets or degree (mandatory).
- Educational background should be BCA, B.Tech (IT), BSc (Computer Science), or completion of 12th grade with a 3-year diploma.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Prior experience or skills in customer handling preferred.
- Must be willing to join immediately.
Additional Information
- Work Location: Chandigarh and Mohali.
- Shift: Day shift.
- Salary Package: ₹22,000 CTC plus other allowances and attractive incentives.
