Job Overview

Sologreen is seeking a dependable and technically skilled individual to join their team as a Technical & Field Operations Coordinator based in Ernakulam. The role involves managing and coordinating various technical and field activities related to solar installations and associated services.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and submission of Kerala State Electricity Board (KSEB) related documents
• Regular visits to KSEB offices and follow-ups for necessary approvals
• Handling bank loan applications and related follow-ups
• Conducting customer site visits and performing site surveys
• Coordinating installation processes for solar panels, inverters, and batteries
• Providing support during inverter and battery installations
• Carrying out preventive maintenance visits
• Coordinating service and troubleshooting activities
• Liaising with customers and technicians to ensure smooth operations
• Maintaining technical documentation and reporting accurately
• Undertaking any additional field or technical duties as assigned by management

Candidate Requirements

• Preferred educational background includes Diploma, ITI certification, or Electrical studies
• Prior experience with solar systems, inverters, and batteries is advantageous
• Basic understanding of electrical concepts
• Effective communication and robust follow-up skills
• Strong documentation capabilities
• Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license
• Willingness to travel extensively within Ernakulam and neighboring areas
• Fresh graduates with sound technical knowledge are encouraged to apply

• Location: Ernakulam (Kochi), Kerala, India
• Salary range: ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 per month, plus travel allowance, determined by candidate's experience and skillset
