Job Overview and Responsibilities

We are seeking a Technical Content Specialist with proficient writing and communication abilities, paired with solid knowledge of enterprise IT technologies. The specialist will collaborate closely with Marketing teams, Solution Architects, Presales Consultants, and Engineers to transform complex technical input into clear, customer-facing materials.

• Collaborate with Presales and Sales teams to develop technical proposals, tenders, and responses to RFPs.
• Create technical content for various platforms including websites, brochures, blogs, LinkedIn posts, case studies, presentations, and proposals.
• Convert intricate IT concepts into understandable content tailored for customers.
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive technical content repository for reuse and consistency.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies to ensure accuracy and relevance in content.

Technologies covered: Cybersecurity, Cloud, Networking, Infrastructure, Data Protection, Backup & Disaster Recovery, and Managed Services.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 to 3 years’ experience in relevant roles.
• Strong command of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A good grasp of enterprise IT technologies and industry terminology.
