Job Overview
This role involves educating IT candidates to effectively manage various interview stages including recruiter screenings, vendor communications, preliminary vetting (PV) calls, and technical discussions. The purpose is to enhance their overall interaction skills that lead to successful interview outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide training to IT candidates for confidently navigating recruiter screening calls, vendor calls, PV interviews, and comprehensive technical discussions.
- Enhance candidates' communication skills, build confidence, clarify responses, and improve their technical explanations.
- Support improvement of overall candidate performance during the interview process.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have completed at least a graduate degree in any discipline.
Compensation
The salary offered ranges from 180,000 to 192,000 INR per annum.
