Technical Assurance Engineer

Overview

This position is responsible for carrying out independent technical assurance tasks, auditing operational compliance, assessing technical risks, evaluating asset performance, and confirming that engineering standards and maintenance requirements are consistently met within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct unbiased technical assurance activities to verify adherence to engineering standards and maintenance protocols.
• Perform audits of operational practices to assess compliance with established standards.
• Evaluate technical risks associated with engineering operations.
• Review the performance of assets to determine reliability and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience

• Possession of a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering is mandatory.
• A minimum of eight years' experience in fields such as engineering assurance, technical audits, operational management, or maintenance oversight.

Skills & Specialties

• Expertise in technical audits and assessment of asset performance.
• Knowledgeable in maintaining strict engineering standards.
• Proficient in root cause analysis (RCA) and reliability evaluations.
• Experienced in enforcing technical governance procedures.

Preferred Employer Background

Candidates with prior work experience at organizations like Saudi Aramco, NEOM, Red Sea Global, Royal Commission for Jubail & Yanbu, Riyadh Airports Company (RAC), Jeddah Airports Company (JEDCO), ENGIE Solutions, CBRE, JLL, and ISS Facility Services will be favored.

Industry Preferences

Preference is given to professionals familiar with extensive operations and maintenance in sectors such as integrated facilities management, airport operations, healthcare, higher education, hospitality, government entities, and critical infrastructure settings.
