Technical Assistant

About the Role

Join Sri Balaji Surgicals as a Technical Assistant responsible for delivering and demonstrating CPAP, BiPAP, and Oxygen Concentrators throughout Telangana. This position involves conducting night sleep studies with full training provided, managing retail store customers when off-field, as well as troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various medical devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out delivery and demonstration of CPAP, BiPAP, and Oxygen Concentrators to clients across Telangana.
• Perform night sleep studies following training on respiratory devices and procedures.
• Attend and assist customers visiting the retail store during non-field work hours.
• Diagnose issues, service, and repair medical equipment to ensure proper functionality.
• Conduct routine device servicing, cleaning, and replace filters by visiting customers as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• Solid grasp of electronics and skills in troubleshooting technical devices.
• Ability to learn quickly coupled with strong technical aptitude.
• Willingness to travel in the field and work during night shifts as required.
• Effective communication skills and competence in handling customer interactions.
• Educational background such as ITI, Diploma, or degrees in Electronics or Biomedical fields is desirable.

Additional Information

Comprehensive training will be provided specifically on sleep studies and usage of respiratory medical devices to ensure full competency in role duties.

Compensation Details

Monthly salary range offered is between 20,000 INR and 27,000 INR.
