Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Architect with end-to-end experience in application development, deployment, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will possess robust skills in Python programming, microservices architecture, backend API design, and software architecture principles.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Lead full lifecycle application development and operational deployment efforts.
- Design, develop, and maintain Python-based microservices and backend APIs.
- Leverage Google Cloud Platform services for scalable deployment.
- Apply strong software architecture principles and design patterns to develop effective solutions.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs smoothly with other systems.
- Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases to support application needs.
- Work within software development lifecycle (SDLC) frameworks and implement DevOps best practices.
- Provide strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in technical decisions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage technical delivery expectations.
Must-Have Skills
- Proficiency in Python development.
- Experience designing microservices architectures.
- Expertise in software architecture and design patterns.
- Development of REST APIs.
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL database design and management.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
- Competency in solution design and overall technical architecture.
- Adherence to SDLC and DevOps methodologies.
Preferred Skills
- Certifications related to Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with Apache Kafka and Apache NiFi.
- Understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) principles.
- Advanced Python capabilities including Pandas, NumPy, lambda functions, optimization techniques, and memory management.
Minimum education
Bachelor's Degree
