Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients to clearly understand their recruitment needs.
• Identify and attract top technology professionals using LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
• Promote job openings and source candidates across various platforms.
• Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, motivations, and career aspirations.
• Manage recruitment workflows from the initial client brief through to successfully placing candidates.
• Provide insightful advice to clients and candidates on market dynamics, salary benchmarks, and effective hiring strategies.
• Facilitate offer negotiations to secure mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Grow a personal network of clients and candidates, fostering long-term professional connections.

Requirements

• A recent graduate with at least six months of commercial experience or some sales background.
• Confident communication skills and enjoyment in building interpersonal relationships.
• Driven, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset.
• Demonstrated strong work ethic, resilience, and sustained commitment.
• Commercial awareness coupled with an interest in technology and business sectors.
• Motivated to learn continuously and develop a long-term career within recruitment.
