Overview

Plan A Technologies is seeking an experienced Tech Recruiter who possesses a solid foundation in recruitment principles combined with a deep understanding of technical positions. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire hiring process, collaborate closely with hiring managers, and actively develop talent pipelines to secure top-tier candidates. This role operates in a fast-moving environment where data insights and market analytics inform recruitment strategies to consistently deliver high-quality hires.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment process from role definition, sourcing, interviewing through to offer acceptance and closure.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to clarify job requirements, scheduling, and recruitment tactics.
• Identify, engage, and evaluate candidates for various technical roles spanning multiple teams.
• Establish and nurture talent pools to meet current and future recruitment demands.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout all stages of recruitment.
• Handle numerous open positions concurrently, demonstrating excellent organization and prioritization skills.
• Leverage data and labor market insights to refine hiring approaches and optimize procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience specifically in technical recruitment.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Proven skill in sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
• Good knowledge of technical domains such as engineering, product development, and data roles.
• Strong capabilities in communication and stakeholder relationship management.
• Experienced in utilizing recruiting and sourcing tools effectively.
• Aptitude for thriving in a vigorous, growth-driven environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail accompanied by superior organizational and analytical skills.
• Fluent English communication proficiency, both written and verbal.
• Initiative-taking attitude with a drive to achieve outstanding results.
