About the Role

Digidoty is seeking a Creative Content Writer passionate about technology and digital products, proficient in transforming intricate software functions into engaging, comprehensible narratives. This full-time, on-site position located in Patna, Bihar involves crafting compelling stories around software features and tech advancements to captivate and engage audiences across web and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Convey product features, updates, and SaaS/technology functionalities into benefit-focused articles, copy, and highlights tailored for users.
• Create varied tech content including blogs, social media updates, website text, and landing pages targeted at contemporary tech-savvy audiences.
• Execute keyword research and apply SEO best practices to amplify content visibility and improve search ranking.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to convert technical specifications into compelling and conversion-oriented messaging.
• Maintain brand voice, ensure technical precision, and oversee proofreading for grammatical accuracy across all content deliverables.

Key Requirements

• Between one and four years of experience writing content focused on technology, SaaS, or software features.
• Strong aptitude for quickly understanding software UI/UX, product updates, and relevant industry trends.
• Proficient with keyword research tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Keyword Planner.
• Excellent English writing and editing skills, creative storytelling ability, and flexibility in adapting tone for different contexts.
• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, English, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
