About the Role

As a Team Member at Santushti Shakes Private Limited, you will be the welcoming face of the outlet, assisting customers with their orders and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. You will be responsible for preparing food and drinks following company recipes and quality guidelines, managing payment transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and hygienic environment throughout the facility.

Primary Duties

• Warmly greet customers and provide assistance throughout the ordering process.
• Prepare all food and beverage items in accordance with set recipes and quality controls.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and accurately process cash, card, and electronic payments.
• Maintain sanitation standards in the kitchen, dining area, and all equipment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
• Accurately pack orders for dine-in, takeaway, and delivery services.
• Manage inventory by replenishing stock, ingredients, and packaging materials as necessary.
• Monitor product quality regularly, checking freshness and expiry details.
• Assist in receiving new inventory shipments and organizing stock effectively.
• Complete opening and closing procedures as required by management.
• Politely resolve routine customer inquiries or escalate more serious concerns to supervisors.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales and service targets.
• Wear designated uniform and maintain a tidy and professional appearance.
• Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by Store Manager or Supervisor.
