Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen tools, equipment, and customer areas.
• Deliver fast, friendly, and efficient service to customers.
• Adhere strictly to all food safety and hygiene guidelines, keeping up-to-date records.
• Implement first in, first out (FIFO) stock rotation to preserve food freshness.
• Receive deliveries and safely store all food items.
• Follow all operational policies and procedures diligently.
• Prepare, cook, and serve food as per the established menu standards.
• Ensure availability of all menu items and uphold quality standards consistently.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate to Cafe Manager when necessary.
• Stay informed about business updates and new initiatives within Tesco Cafe.
• Clear and sanitize tables to maintain a neat and welcoming environment.
