Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a Team Member in Planning to manage the production scheduling for Float and Secondary lines, aligning output with current market demand and business goals. This position is located in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra and requires coordination and forecasting to ensure resource adequacy and product availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee production activities for Float and Secondary product lines based on market requirements.
- Coordinate workflow across production lines to optimize operational efficiency and maximize output.
- Forecast resource needs to meet fluctuating market demands.
- Develop and track production schedules for each production line individually.
- Guarantee the availability of the required product mix reflecting market necessities.
- Monitor inventory levels, making production schedule adjustments when necessary.
- Report discrepancies between sales forecasts and production outcomes to management.
- Prepare and deliver timely status and performance reports to management.
- Promptly tackle and resolve any production issues to avoid delays.
- Support IT initiatives related to production and service enhancement.
- Manage product coding processes.
