Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by prioritizing customer satisfaction and surpassing expectations.
- Assist the Store Manager, contributing retail expertise to support daily operational tasks.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve store goals and maintain a positive workplace.
- Maintain a strong focus on accuracy and safety standards to uphold store quality.
- Demonstrate flexibility by being available to work weekend and overnight shifts as required.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous experience in retail or customer service roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Competency in operating point-of-sale (POS) systems and managing cash handling accurately.
- Effective communication skills combined with a strong ability to work well within a team.
- Willingness to work a flexible seven-day roster including overnight and weekend shifts.
