Role Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in all operational aspects of the store and take charge in their absence.
• Inspire, coach, and develop the in-store team in collaboration with the Store Manager.
• Contribute actively to delivering excellent performance and sales results.
• Create a unique customer experience and uphold high store standards.
• Build positive and strong relationships within the team and with customers.
