Role Overview
This position involves working in a dynamic team environment at a client location in Perth. The primary responsibility is managing mail and courier activities efficiently to ensure accurate sorting, distribution, and timely delivery within the company.
Key Job Functions
- Handle daily mail and courier services
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email effectively
- Maintain office equipment, supplies, and stationery levels
- Update presentation databases regularly
- Coordinate courier bookings and lodgements with various providers
- Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as needed
- Occasionally lift heavy items as part of duties
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is dependable with a proactive mindset and meticulous attention to detail. Strong computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office applications, is important along with excellent organizational, administrative, and time management capabilities. An outstanding customer service approach and the ability to maintain quality under pressure are essential.
Required Skills and Experience
- Excellent communication and commitment to superior customer service
- Ability to operate under demanding conditions to meet strict standards
- Previous experience in customer service is highly preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and quick adaptability to new technologies
