About the Role

We are currently inviting applications for a Team Member to join our Birmingham location on a permanent basis. Both part-time and full-time positions are available. This role requires individuals to work in a commercial kitchen environment involving the use of sharp knives and cooking of hot food, and therefore, applicants must be aged 18 or over in compliance with health and safety regulations.

What We're Looking For

Team Members are the welcoming face of our restaurant. Previous experience in hospitality roles such as bars, restaurants, hotels, coffee shops, or fast food chains is valued but not essential. The key attributes we seek are enthusiasm to learn, friendliness, and an outgoing personality that contributes to a vibrant and happy atmosphere. Roles behind the scenes—such as Pot Washer, Kitchen Porter, Kitchen Assistant, Prep Chef, Commis Chef, or Line Chef—are also considered, especially for those looking to develop skills in food preparation and customer service.
