Overview
Join Pearson as a Team Manager based in Dubai, leading and motivating a high-achieving sales team responsible for Pearson school qualifications. This role involves driving revenue growth, managing crucial partner relationships, and promoting Pearson’s brand in the region.
Responsibilities
- Offer expertise in assessment and qualifications to support the team.
- Steer the team towards meeting and surpassing revenue targets for school qualifications, including personal targets.
- Track sales activities, performance, and market trends, providing detailed reports to senior leadership.
- Work closely with training, marketing, and product departments to develop regionally tailored growth strategies.
- Establish and nurture strong partnerships with schools, groups, and ministries to enhance opportunities and elevate brand presence.
- Provide coaching, clear goal-setting, and performance management to direct reports, fostering a constructive and motivated team culture.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in assessment environments, preferably involving UK qualifications.
- Proven background in leading sales teams within education or similar sectors.
- Demonstrated success in surpassing revenue goals and cultivating lasting customer relations.
- Competence in pipeline oversight, reporting, and working collaboratively across functions.
- Solid people management capabilities.
