About The Role
Louis Vuitton is looking for a driven and client-focused Team Manager to become a key member of our team based in Edmonton, Alberta. This position works closely with the Store Manager to oversee business objectives and team performance, aiming to achieve outstanding results. Ideal candidates are those with a commercial mindset and a solid understanding of the luxury market and local retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop the retail team to deliver superior customer service.
- Drive client acquisition and overall business growth through effective strategies.
- Take charge of sales activities and provide floor leadership to inspire the team.
- Ensure smooth daily store operations and uphold high standards.
Candidate Profile
The successful Team Manager will ensure every client receives an exceptional experience. You will be responsible for ongoing coaching, identifying personalized training needs, and supporting team members' development. Your leadership will include creating and executing actionable plans to boost sales and product performance by leveraging merchandising, clienteling, and dynamic team engagement.
