Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive Team Leader to oversee a group of 4 to 5 team members focusing on loan and credit card lead management. The role involves direct engagement with clients through calls, guiding the team to meet daily and monthly targets, and ensuring the efficient processing of applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a small team, ensuring optimal performance and task completion.
- Conduct daily phone outreach for loan and credit card leads, personally contacting clients as needed.
- Generate leads actively and maintain consistent follow-up communications.
- Guide clients throughout the loan or credit card application process to provide support and clarity.
- Ensure the timely completion of both individual and team applications and tasks.
- Track progress and maintain regular performance and follow-up documentation.
- Strive to meet and exceed daily and monthly target goals.
Additional Information
Compensation for the role ranges between INR 18,000 and INR 22,500 per month.
