About the Role

At Grand Hyatt Kochi, the Team Leader - Security will play a pivotal role in supporting the department's effective functioning, aligning with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards. This position ensures that the security team operates smoothly while satisfying employee, guest, and owner expectations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily security operations to maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Support the management team to implement organizational policies and standards.
• Ensure compliance with brand and corporate strategies during security team activities.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive experience for guests, employees, and management through efficient security practices.

Requirements

• Possession of a professional diploma or certificate in Safety and Security is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience serving as an Assistant Security Manager or Senior Security Officer within a sizable operation.
• Strong practical and operational capabilities, combined with commendable administrative skills, are beneficial.
