Role Overview
The Team Leader will oversee a versatile, self-managed team to deliver maintenance services that fulfill internal client needs, ensuring that all process machinery and equipment conform to the organization's performance standards.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Possess a bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position within a large automated poultry or meat processing plant.
- At least 5 years of expertise maintaining and troubleshooting large-scale industrial ammonia and freon refrigeration systems specific to poultry processing plants.
- Strong understanding of poultry processing equipment operation and maintenance.
- Experience working with automated machinery and instrumentation; proficiency in computer use and familiarity with SAP is highly advantageous.
- Effective communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Competent in general computer literacy.
