As a Team Leader at Greene King Brewery, you will guide and support the team to ensure that every shift operates efficiently and harmoniously. Your leadership will ensure that all team members are equipped to maintain excellent standards, creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coordinate the team to keep shifts running smoothly.
• Ensure the team consistently upholds high service standards.
• Provide customers with a memorable and heartfelt experience during each visit.
• Step in for management as needed to address and resolve issues.
• Maintain legal, safe, and clean bar operations, promptly addressing any problems.

• Strong attention to detail, especially in serving quality, such as perfectly poured drinks.
• Ability to act as a role model, delivering warm and excellent customer service.
• Quick thinking and adaptability to handle challenges during busy periods.
• Positive attitude with strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
