Job Responsibilities and Requirements
We are looking for a motivated Team Leader for Operations in a BPO environment based in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of documented experience as a team leader within a BPO setting, knowledgeable about key metrics such as shrinkage, attrition, Average Handle Time (AHT), Net Promoter Score (NPS), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Dissatisfaction Score (DSAT), Key Result Areas (KRAs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The candidate must have had experience managing a team of over 15 members and be prepared for immediate joining. Strong English communication skills are essential.
Eligibility and Experience
The role requires a graduate-level education with an overall BPO experience ranging between four and nine years. The required Team Leader experience must be at least one year as officially recognized.
