About the Role

Step into the role of a Team Leader at Poundland, where you will be instrumental in assisting the Store and Assistant Manager in guiding the team to deliver exceptional shopping experiences daily. Your leadership will foster a welcoming environment where customers receive excellent service and staff feel encouraged and supported on the sales floor.

Your responsibilities will include managing deliveries, maintaining merchandising standards, and ensuring smooth daily store and warehouse operations. Working within a dynamic and fast-moving retail setting, you will drive team motivation, support overall store performance, and ensure operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate brings a proactive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to lead by example. While retail experience is required, leadership experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Key qualities include energy, organizational skills, passion for people, and dedication to customer service.
