Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader to oversee the loan processing telesales team. This role involves motivating and managing team members to consistently meet sales objectives and deliver customer support excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the telesales team to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
- Supervise and track team performance and calling activities throughout the day.
- Address customer escalations effectively and assist in driving conversion efforts.
- Compile and present performance data reports on a daily and weekly basis.
Qualifications and Experience
- Preferably 1 to 2 years’ experience in team leadership, telesales, or loan processing roles.
Compensation Details
Monthly salary ranges from ₹25,000 to ₹40,000, supplemented with additional performance incentives.
