Team Leader

About the Role

Airtel Payments Bank is seeking a dedicated Team Leader to manage daily team operations, focusing on onboarding new shops, QR code scanner integration, sound box sales, and EDC machine sales. This role involves leading and coordinating field sales activities while promoting banking services to customers and merchants.

Key Responsibilities

• Opening savings accounts for both customers and merchants.
• Driving promotion of banking services directly in the field.
• Managing and guiding the sales team daily to meet targets.
• Overseeing field sales-related tasks and processes.

Requirements

• Preferred experience in sales and team leadership.
• Good communication and leadership capabilities.
• Basic knowledge of Kannada language communication skills.
• Possession of a two-wheeler vehicle is mandatory.
• Minimum education qualification of 2nd PUC.

Compensation and Work Details

• Fixed monthly salary up to 30,000 INR.
• Incentives available up to 20,000 INR.
• Work hours from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

• Job location is across Chennai and surrounding areas, with placement near candidates' locations.
