Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to join our team at Airtel Payments Bank in Patna, Bihar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Sales Executives (Business Development Executives - BDEs) while ensuring alignment with the bank's norms and goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Identify, interview, and hire suitable candidates for Sales Executive positions according to the bank's standards.
- Field Management: Oversee and direct field operations including corporate visits and promotional campaigns in busy locations such as malls, metro stations, corporate office parks, and petrol stations.
- Team Coordination: Facilitate daily morning meetings, establish micro-level sales targets for the day, and monitor performance through evening reviews based on Daily Sales Reports.
Compensation
The role offers a monthly pay range between 22,000 and 30,000 INR.
