Role and Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with clients through emails and calls to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
  • Possess experience across various sectors including Commercial, Real Estate, EBP 401k, Yellow Book, and Not-for-Profit (NFP), with any mix of these industries being acceptable.
  • Lead a team effectively to maintain high-quality deliverables.
  • Exhibit strong project management capabilities alongside analytical expertise.
  • Demonstrate in-depth technical knowledge of US GAAP and auditing practices.
  • Support audit, accounting, assurance, and related client service activities.
  • Coordinate service tasks with clients and supervise staff accountants.
  • Handle complex accounting matters and specialized assignments proficiently.
  • Manage large, complex audits or oversee multiple smaller projects concurrently while supervising staff.
  • Build new client relationships and strengthen existing ones by delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Skills and Competencies

  • Strong technical skills paired with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient English communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Comprehensive understanding of U.S. GAAP, U.S. GAAS, and IFRS standards.
  • Experience with software tools such as UltraTax CS, CCH, ProSystems, QuickBooks, and Practice CS is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Superior customer service skills characterized by professionalism, empathy, accountability, precision, and thoroughness.
