Job description
Role Overview
As a Team Lead in recruitment, you will oversee the entire hiring cycle, ensuring seamless coordination between sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates. You will act as a key liaison between hiring managers and recruitment teams to align candidate profiles with job requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing to final onboarding procedures.
- Work closely with hiring managers to clarify job specifications and select suitable candidates.
- Maintain high-quality standards by implementing thorough and effective interview processes.
Candidate Profile
Applicants should hold at least a graduate degree. The role involves managing recruitment for various sectors, including but not limited to BPO and mass hiring.
Compensation
The offered salary ranges between 300,000 and 360,000 INR annually.
