Team Lead - International Banking Voice Process

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader for the International Voice Banking process based in Hyderabad. This position requires managing operations and leading a team within an international banking voice environment. The role offers competitive compensation with an expected 20–25% increase on the previous salary, up to 10 LPA.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team consisting of 15 to 20 members in the international banking voice process.
• Oversee day-to-day team operations ensuring adherence to banking and customer service standards.
• Monitor and enforce KPIs, SLAs, and manage team performance effectively.
• Handle escalations promptly and maintain excellent people management practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of documented team leadership experience specifically in international voice banking.
• At least four years of overall experience in international banking voice processes.
• Strong understanding of banking procedures and customer service operations.
• Ability to manage key operational metrics like KPIs and SLAs confidently.
• Excellent escalation management skills.
• Applicants should be located in Hyderabad, preferably within a 25 km radius of the workplace.
• Immediate joining is mandatory.
• Any graduate degree is required.
