About the Role
Join the dynamic team at Domino's as a Team Lead at our Elkins, WV location. You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high-quality products while helping lead store operations during shifts.
Team Leads earn between $13 and $14 per hour and enjoy opportunities for growth, potentially advancing to assistant or general manager positions through training.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage store operations during assigned shifts, working up to three shifts weekly.
- Create a welcoming and customer-focused environment with a positive attitude and exemplary attendance.
- Handle basic cash transactions and maintain operational efficiency in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Possess strong customer service skills, preferably with 2 years' experience.
- Have at least 1 year of experience in the restaurant industry preferred.
- Demonstrate punctuality and reliable attendance.
- Authorized to work in the United States (preferred).
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-speed environment.
