About the Role
Join Arihant Publications as a Teacher Trainer at Koncept Global Books, where you will play a vital role in enhancing the capabilities of teachers by delivering impactful training aligned with CBSE standards. This position offers you a chance to drive educational excellence through teacher development initiatives.
Key Duties
- Lead training sessions aimed at improving educators' competencies across various subjects in accordance with CBSE guidelines.
- Create and execute tailored training plans to meet the unique development needs of individual teachers.
- Offer constructive feedback and coaching to empower teachers to elevate their instructional skills.
- Work closely with curriculum developers to integrate innovative and effective strategies into the training content.
- Keep abreast of latest educational methods, trends, and research to ensure the training remains current and impactful.
- Assess the effectiveness of training sessions using evaluations and participant feedback.
- Assist teachers in designing stimulating and interactive classroom experiences.
Candidate Profile
