About the Role
Home Tuition Academy, located in Borivali West, Mumbai, is seeking an enthusiastic and communicative Teacher Recruiter to become part of our expanding education team. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to build a career in recruitment, focusing specifically on the education sector and teacher coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit qualified teachers using multiple channels such as phone calls, WhatsApp, job portals, social media, and existing databases.
- Evaluate teacher profiles by assessing relevant criteria including subject expertise, grade level, geographic location, experience, availability, and teaching preferences.
- Align and place teachers with suitable tuition assignments based on student requirements.
- Manage ongoing communication, conduct follow-ups, and secure confirmations from teachers.
- Maintain detailed teacher databases, Excel spreadsheets, and recruitment-related documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless teacher placements.
- Develop and nurture sustained professional relationships with active teachers to facilitate future opportunities.
Candidate Profile
- Applicants must have completed 12th grade; graduates with degrees such as BBA, BMS, B.Com, or BA are preferred.
- Open to freshers as well as candidates with relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English are essential.
- Comfortable using telephonic communication, WhatsApp, and basic Excel functionalities.
- Demonstrated confidence, proactivity, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent follow-up and organizational coordination capabilities.
- Previous experience in recruitment, telecalling, counselling, or placement services will be considered an advantage.
Compensation and Incentives
The monthly salary ranges between ₹8,000 and ₹15,000, supplemented with performance-based incentives. The exact pay will be commensurate with communication skills, relevant experience, interview outcomes, and overall suitability for the role. Additional incentives based on performance may also be awarded.
