About A&L Goodbody LLP Tax Team
The Tax team at A&L Goodbody LLP is seeking to recruit an experienced qualified Tax Lawyer. We invite applications from Tax Lawyers with Newly Qualified (NQ) status up to 5 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) to join our Dublin office. Our team collaborates with many top global corporations and financial institutions, delivering a wide range of Irish taxation advisory and transaction services.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Engage in international tax and cross-border planning for corporate reorganisations, restructurings, and inward investment initiatives in Ireland.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, demergers, and Initial Public Offerings (IPOs).
- Participate in tax controversy matters.
- Work on capital markets and structured finance deals.
- Advise on private equity transactions.
- Handle transfer pricing issues.
- Assist with asset and project finance relating to international and domestic aircraft and equipment.
- Provide counsel on real estate taxation.
Candidate Requirements
- Between NQ and 5 years relevant PQE within a corporate law firm setting.
- Must be a qualified lawyer holding a professional tax or accounting qualification.
