Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified Tax Lawyer with at least 2 years post-qualification experience to join a leading Corporate and M&A practice in Northern Ireland. This role involves contributing to high-profile corporate transactions within a prestigious, award-winning team advising a wide range of clients including prominent companies across industries, private equity, and venture capital groups.
Responsibilities and Role Scope
- Deliver expert legal advice on corporate tax matters related to significant local and international transactions
- Work closely with team members within a dynamic and supportive environment
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified tax law professional with a minimum of two years post-qualification experience
- Previous exposure to large, medium, or boutique corporate law firms
- Strong desire for continuous technical growth through learning and development programs
- Excellent drafting skills and robust technical expertise
- Effective interpersonal, communication, client management, and business development capabilities
- Efficient organizational and prioritization skills
