Role Overview

We are currently seeking a Tax Credit Associate with a minimum of four years of specialized experience in tax credits. Candidates should ideally have expertise in real estate finance and New Markets Tax Credits. While applications are accepted for any of our offices including our virtual office known as The Link, preference will be given to candidates based in St. Louis. Applicants must hold an active bar license in the state of their chosen office or be willing to obtain it promptly.

Compensation and Benefits

In specific states (California, Colorado, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington, and Washington, D.C.), the salary range is $230,000 to $275,000, depending on qualifications and experience. In Illinois and Minnesota, the range is $215,000 to $275,000. Salaries in other locations will vary based on market data. Additionally, associates may earn an Associate Performance Bonus and Client Development Bonus. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), and more.
