Key Responsibilities

• Create technical resource materials for use by sales personnel.
• Assist sales teams in reaching their targets effectively.
• Monitor industry trends and gather customer feedback.
• Inform stakeholders about the latest product updates.
• Develop demonstration data and lead product solution presentations.
• Maintain high service quality throughout the customer sales journey and delivery stages.
• Prepare proposals and construct business cases for clients.
