Role Overview
The Tamil Teacher will conduct interactive Tamil language instruction following the CBSE syllabus for appropriate grade levels, establishing clear learning goals and tracking student achievement. Responsibilities encompass preparing lesson outlines, delivering classes, evaluating student progress, offering constructive feedback, and managing detailed records of academic performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Create lesson plans that promote skills in reading, writing, speaking, and listening in Tamil.
- Implement suitable teaching aids and technology to enhance learning.
- Engage actively in school functions, collaborate with staff and parents, and contribute to the institution’s commitment to inclusive, comprehensive education.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a solid background in education and language instruction, particularly as a Tamil teacher within a school context.
- Required to hold a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree.
- Demonstrated ability in lesson planning and curriculum execution, with adaptability to diverse student needs.
- Skilled in clear communication for classroom teaching and professional interaction with students, families, and colleagues.
- Experience mentoring and training students, fostering an encouraging and inclusive learning environment.
- Educational credentials include a bachelor's degree or higher in Tamil, Education, or a related discipline; formal training or certification in teaching is desirable.
Additional Information
This is a full-time position requiring on-site presence in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
