Job description
Job Overview
We are seeking a competent individual proficient in Tally for billing operations, who can also manage effective communication and interaction with customers.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently generate billing and sales invoices using Tally/TallyPrime software.
- Engage with customers both over the phone and in person, demonstrating clear and effective communication.
- Understand and address customer requirements, orders, billing queries, and other routine questions appropriately.
Requirements
- Strong practical knowledge of Tally/TallyPrime and billing processes.
- Experience in creating sales invoices and managing billing tasks within Tally.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi; basic English communication knowledge is desirable.
- Personality traits should include being friendly, confident, and responsible.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel.
- Ability to maintain accuracy and responsibility in work.
- Capacity to multitask and perform necessary follow-ups effectively.
Salary
Monthly remuneration ranges between ₹15,000 to ₹18,000.
