Job Overview
We are looking for a diligent Tally Accountant to join our team at Rimco Overseas in Mumbai. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records and facilitating efficient accounting processes utilizing Tally Prime software.
Key Responsibilities
- Precisely record daily business transactions including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments using Tally Prime.
- Prepare GST-compliant invoices and E-way bills through the integrated Tally platform.
- Manage inventory records by tracking goods movement between warehouses and reconciling physical stock with system data.
- Generate management information system (MIS) reports such as Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss statements, and Stock Summaries employing Tally's "Go To" functionality.
- Communicate with clients by sending invoices and payment reminders through the Tally to WhatsApp integration feature.
Additional Information
Monthly remuneration ranges from INR 12,500 to INR 16,000.
