Tally Accountant

About the Role

AmSan Technology seeks a diligent and experienced Accounts Executive proficient in Tally accounting software with a thorough grasp of the complete accounting cycle. This role requires prior experience working directly with Chartered Accountants, CA firms, or auditing organizations, capable of autonomously managing daily accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and manage sales and purchase transactions including invoices and bills in Tally.
• Handle receipt and payment entries for customers, vendors, and prepare daily accounting vouchers.
• Conduct regular bank reconciliations to detect and address any inconsistencies.
• Maintain accurate ledgers for customers, suppliers, and general accounts.
• Possess basic knowledge of GST and TDS regulations and ensure compliance.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables and payables to maintain clear settlements.
• Prepare core accounting documents such as trial balances, ledger statements, and basic management information system reports.
• Assist Chartered Accountants and auditors by providing necessary accounting documentation and support.

Requirements

• Must hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree.
• Require 1 to 1.5 years of practical accounting experience.
• Prior work experience in a CA firm, with a Chartered Accountant, or an auditing firm is mandatory.
• Proficiency in TallyPrime or Tally accounting software with the ability to manage sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and bank reconciliations independently.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• High accuracy and attention to numerical detail alongside excellent organizational skills.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is between 20,000 and 25,000 INR per month.
