Tally Accountant

Position Overview

We seek a skilled Accountant proficient in managing daily financial activities including bookkeeping, taxation, payroll, compliance, and reporting using Tally Prime.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting records using Tally Prime software.
• File GST, TDS, and other statutory returns accurately.
• Perform bank and vendor reconciliations.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Process payroll and prepare salaries.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, and labor laws.
• Prepare invoices and manage government contract billing.
• Generate MIS reports and financial statements.
• Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, auditors, and financial institutions.
• Manage petty cash and record daily accounting transactions.

Candidate Requirements

• B.Com or M.Com degree preferred.
• Between 2 to 5+ years of practical accounting experience.
• Proficient in Tally Prime accounting software.
• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and payroll processes.
• Proficient with MS Excel.
• Prior experience with government contract billing is advantageous.
