Role Overview
As a pivotal member of the Talent team, you will play an active role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to support our global expansion, focusing on roles within our customer-facing teams. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, you'll anticipate staffing needs and oversee the complete recruitment cycle to ensure we hire exceptional candidates aligned with Halter’s mission and values. Reporting to the Talent Lead, GTM & Customer, your recruitment responsibility will cover Customer Support, Customer Onboarding, and Fleet teams. Your efforts will directly influence the outstanding service we deliver to farmers and ranchers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across regions and functions, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, assessment centers, and offer coordination.
- Establish and maintain robust talent pipelines for present and future hiring requirements through diverse sourcing channels.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand roles in detail, team objectives, and essential success characteristics.
- Guide managers on recruitment best practices to ensure efficient, inclusive, and seamless hiring cycles.
- Ensure candidates receive a consistent, world-class experience reflecting our culture and values at every recruitment stage.
- Contribute positively to our employer brand through all communications and interactions.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment workflows for optimal efficiency and organization.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate feedback, sharing insights to refine hiring strategies.
- Support initiatives promoting internal mobility, diversity, and employer branding.
- Identify and implement improvements to recruitment processes and tools as the company scales.
- Adapt and take on additional responsibilities as needed in fast-paced growth environments.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in talent acquisition, preferably within high-growth or global technology companies.
- Experience handling high-volume recruitment is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performance teams across multiple regions.
- Strategic collaborator, capable of transitioning between executive-level reporting and daily hiring execution; adept at stakeholder management and building strong partnerships.
- Proven ability to deliver quality hires in fast-moving, volume-heavy recruitment settings.
- Deep knowledge of sourcing methods and channels, with a track record of locating top talent globally.
- Strong skills in recruitment reporting, data analysis, and presentation of key hiring KPIs.
- Familiarity with employment laws, immigration regulations, and compliance standards in New Zealand and preferably Australia.
- High emotional intelligence, excellent communicator, proactive problem-solver, and self-starter who embraces ambiguity and takes strong ownership.
