About the Role

Panamari Holding is seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist to enhance our Human Resources team. This strategic position focuses on proactively identifying and connecting with high-potential candidates who may not be openly seeking new opportunities. The role demands a researcher driven by curiosity and persistence to ensure a steady influx of skilled talent, fueling the recruitment pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive talent sourcing using advanced Boolean and X-ray search methods across multiple platforms beyond just LinkedIn to uncover passive candidates.
• Perform in-depth research and mapping of potential candidates within target industries and competitor firms to support both current and future staffing demands.
• Develop engaging and customized outreach communications that embody the company’s culture, aiming to attract and involve talent effectively.
• Evaluate resumés and profiles initially to filter and progress only the most suitable candidates in alignment with job requirements.
• Maintain and update meticulous records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accuracy of data and generating reports that assess sourcing efficiency and success rates.

Experience & Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of focused experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, with an emphasis on early-stage candidate identification and engagement.
• Experience sourcing talent within sectors such as Fintech, Payment Service Providers, SaaS, or iGaming is highly preferred, given the dynamic and competitive nature of these fields.
• Expertise in advanced search techniques including Boolean and X-ray strategies to expand talent searches beyond conventional channels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a closely related discipline is advantageous, although demonstrable success in hands-on sourcing is valued highly.
• Comfort and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms like HiBob; familiarity with AI-driven recruitment tools aimed at discovering talent and automating outreach is essential.
• Strong ability to integrate artificial intelligence tools effectively into daily workflow processes to enhance sourcing speed, quality, and innovation.
