Role Overview

We are seeking a Talent Sourcer to become part of our expanding Talent Acquisition team. The selected candidate will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and recruiting prime technical talent, focusing primarily on non-technical roles across India. The position involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including advising hiring managers on strategies, candidate selection, compensation, and offer presentations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and attract exceptional candidates for all non-technical job openings.
  • Create and execute innovative sourcing techniques using platforms such as social media, job boards, networking, and direct sourcing.
  • Communicate clearly and promptly with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and department leaders to understand their recruitment needs.
  • Stay informed about market trends, business objectives, and develop talent networks accordingly.
  • Collaborate with recruitment team members, exchanging insights and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records in the applicant tracking system.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of three years’ experience managing full life cycle recruiting in corporate or agency settings.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting for US-based organizations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related disciplines.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple requisitions across different functional areas.
  • Strong partnership abilities to collaborate effectively with hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (such as Greenhouse), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing and fast-moving environments.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Competence in using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience with diverse sourcing techniques including job boards and targeted outreach.
  • Solid knowledge of human resources practices, employment laws, and compliance relevant to recruitment.
